Fix Radio reaches half a million builders and adds new shows for autumn

Fix Radio now attracts over 500,000 trade listeners each week according to the latest research from Nielsen.

The station has quickly grown since its launch on the national Sound Digital multiplex in 2022.

Fix’s autumn schedule has been refreshed with Hywell Evans joining the station for daytime cover, having recently been part of the schedule at Communicorp’s XS Manchester.

Former KISS presenter Alex Mansuroglu now hosts Overtime with Alex weekday evenings, plus recently added to the line-up, was Channel 5’s Mark Millar hosting a new weekend property development slot, and former Roofer of the Year, Danny Madden hosting on Sundays as well as presenting a regular roofing podcast.

Fix Radio Programme Director Sean Gerard Coleman said: “We’re always looking to strengthen our on air offering for Britain’s hard working tradespeople – and it’s clear they’re not only turning us on in droves, but spending much longer periods listening.

“Whether it’s waking up the trade with The Bald Builders Breakfast, or having their back on the important industry issues with The Clive Holland Show, they know every single show and every song we play is designed and built just for them – which is how we’ve reached this milestone.”
