Adventures in Radio owner and former Humberside presenter Tim Jibson has died

Tim Jibson, known to many in radio as the owner of Adventures in Radio, has passed away suddenly but peacefully over the weekend.

In addition to owning his own company for 35 years, which connected radio presenters to free holidays on behalf of paying clients, Tim was owner of KCFM in Hull, a presenter on BBC Radio Humberside and Viking FM, amongst many more.

Tim was 76 years old and surrounded by his loving family when he died on Sunday 9th February 2025, whilst on holiday.

A private service and cremation is to be held, however special memories and donations may be left online via this link if you wish to pay your respects.

Devoted Husband to Ann Marie, Dad to Michael, Paul and Lexi. Grandad to Flora, Rowan and Kaia. Amazing Uncle to Charlotte, Lauren, Lee, Mike, Amber and Harmony. In law to Paul, Sue, Caroline and Leanne. A good friend to many. Reunited with missed family members, but most importantly Brenda and Rose, who he missed ever so dearly.
